Construction and Material

Nylon Flags: We use nylon flags for our appliqué, embroidered, and silkscreened flags. Our nylon is triple coated with: a UV inhibitor to prevent fading, a mold and mildew resistant, and a final coating of polyurethane to seal in all the threads. We use two pieces of 200 denier nylon for double base flags and/or the appliqué patches, and 400 denier on single base flags.

Polyester Flags: We use polyester for our digitally dyed flags. Single base flags are one piece of 600 denier polyester, double base flags are 2 pieces of 300 denier polyester.

Borders and Webbing

Borders and Webbing

The borders on our flag are a separate binding sewn on at the end of construction, unlike other flag makers who fold under and hem the edges. This provides extra durability and resistance from fraying.

You can make the border a contrasting color for no additional charge! 

Our standard webbing is white.  If you would like the webbing a different color, we offer the following colors

Red, Royal Blue, Yellow, Forest Green, Black, Orange, Old Glory Blue, and Kelly Green.
