    At North Flags, we create high-quality custom flags you will proudly display on your house or boat for years to come. We will reproduce any design you need, including corporate logos, trademarks, and organizational emblems. Or, we will work with your own custom designed flag.

    We create our custom flags from a variety of materials, including 200 and 400 denier nylon. Designs or logos can be appliquéd, screen printed or embroidered by our very own skilled production associates. For a specific quote, you can email us your design or fax it to 973-364-5298. Delivery time varies depending on the process and the quantity needed.

    STEP TWO:
    Production Process
    Applique (sewn): designs are cut and sewn onto chosen nylon style. The materials are glued and stitched onto the base layer using our very own state of the art machines

    Screen Printed: Silkscreening provides clear and vivid reproduction of your logo or design. PMS colors are used.

    Embroidery: For the ultimate in look and presentation, embroidery provides the highest quality look for your flag or burgee. Logos and or designs are embroidered directly onto the base fabric.

    STEP THREE:

    We have a wide selection of colors to choose from. When trying to match an existing flag be careful, as colors can vary from lot to lot when produced at different times. We can help you match up colors. Click HERE to see our Color Palette!

    FINISHING:
